"Although I like the lotion I find the packaging is substandard. It is always difficult to get the lotion out of the bottle when nearing the end of use, but this latest bottle was a complete disaster. It didn’t work right from the beginning. The inside tube was completely out of shape and pressing the button provided no lotion. To use I have to take off the lid and run my hand over the tube to then put on my face. As I ordered 3 tubes I only hope nos. 2 and 3 give me better results."

"I love the moisturiser but tend to only use the night cream now as I can’t stand the pump pack this one comes in. The moisturiser is too thick and the pump doesn’t work properly, making it hard to get anything out and wasteful at the end. Please, please change the packaging to a jar and then I would give it 5 stars!!"

"Love this cream. I woukd have given 5stars, but the last 4-5 I have purchased all stopped pumping the cream part way through using and it's hard to get all the cream out. I feel that some gets wasted and I never like to waste a good thing. Other than the packaging, this cream makes my skin feel great, moisturised without feeling greasy."
