Freight Network Delays & Changes to Express Post
We strive to provide our customers with an excellent customer experience. With the current freight network delays and a significantly higher parcel volume, we have made the decision to suspend our express post service as we are unable to guarantee the fast delivery you have been used to on our site. We did not feel it is right to be charging for a service that is not performing at its usual high standard.
Please know, our Standard delivery service is still a Priority Service & we are in contact with our freight services to ensure we are able to provide as best of an experience possible.
Given the current network delays Australia wide, we are expecting a 5-7 business day turn around on parcels to be delivered post-dispatch.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post within Australia.
Cost to ship orders valued below $75 is $12.95
Processing Time : Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time - Australia : Orders will be delivered within 3-6 days after processing.
Tracking : All orders are tracked
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected beforehand and are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Charges vary in each country.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Innoxa does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you are returning Aerosols or flammable Liquids please contact us first to discuss as they cannot be sent via Australia Post.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product: Contact (within 14 days of purchase) our very friendly Customer Service team on 1300 650 981 (Monday – Thursday 9.00am - 4.30pm AEST, Friday 9.00am - 1pm AEST) or through our contact form. We will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage or replace the faulty product.
