None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Innoxa, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Innoxa and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.

When submitting images, please follow these guidelines:
- Images must be in BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG format.
- File size must be 5 MB or less.
- Image must be at least 100 pixels tall.
- Image must be at least 100 pixels wide.
- If you are not the copyright holder, you may not submit copyrighted images.
- Objectionable images will be rejected.
- Uploaded images become the property of the Company.
Video guidelines
When submitting videos, please follow these guidelines:
- Make sure your video is related to the product.
- Try to submit videos of you using the product.
- Inappropriate videos will be rejected along with your review.
- If you are not the copyright holder, you may not submit copyrighted videos.
Writing guidelines
We value your opinion and can't wait to hear about your product experience. Please follow these guidelines:
- Keep your review focused on the product.
- Avoid writing about customer service, delivery, availability please contact us instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention. Please contact us here.
- Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product.
- Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as full names.
- Keep it simple: Not too long, not too short, just enough to help out your fellow shoppers. 70 – 300 words is perfect.
Reviews that don't comply with our review guidelines will not appear on the site.
