"Unfortunately you sent my order to No 3 instead of 31 and it was left on the doorstep of an empty house for 3 days. One of those days was a 40 deg day so when the parcel was finally brought to me, the lipstick was molten! No way would I order anything from you again as this turned out to be very expensive lipstick. Please see that your staff get the right address in future."
