How do I earn points?
Make a purchase online or through our other activities mentioned above. Please note that points earned per transaction reflect transaction total minus shipping & discount/promotional codes.
How do I redeem my points?

- You will be able to redeem the reward once you have enough points
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit. The more you earn, the more rewards you’ll uncover!
What happens if a friend cancels or returns their order?
In this case, your points will be removed from your account.
Why did my points go down?
- Canceled/returned orders - Points will be returned when orders have been canceled/returned.
- Expired Points - Your points have expired because you have not purchased within 365 days since your last purchase.
I completed an activity but can't see my earned points?
For all purchase points, there is a 14-day approval process. Once your points have been approved, you will see the points added to your total.
Can I use my points during checkout?
No, you will need to redeem your voucher within your account prior to entering the checkout for the discount to be applied.
How do the tiers work?
To maintain or advance to the next tier, you must meet that tier’s specified spend threshold within 365 days. If you do not maintain the spend threshold for a given tier within 365 days of your last purchase, your account will return to the next appropriate tier based on the points you accrued.
Can I use more than one voucher in one transaction?
Redeemed vouchers cannot be stacked at checkout. Only one voucher can be used per order.

Please note, loyalty points that are earned at innoxa.com.au can only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed in any retailer store. When you make a first purchase at innoxa.com.au you will automatically join our Innoxa Loyalty Program, and you have the ability to unsubscribe at any time. Please contact our customer service team here to unsubscribe. Each time you purchase online at innoxa.com.au, you will accumulate points. Refer to the full points program here. Points will be transferred to coupon vouchers. Only one coupon can be redeemed on site at any time. Innoxa Loyalty Points expire after 12 months. It is up to you to keep track of the expiry date of your points and Innoxa take no responsibility for any points that expire. At any time, you can only have one membership to the Loyalty Programme. Membership is not transferable. It is your responsibility to update your membership profile. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Rewards without notice at any time. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your membership of the Loyalty Programme is terminated for any reason, your outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void. If you return a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, the Reward may be forfeited. Rewards can only be redeemed once a purchase is paid in full. Innoxa will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received. Innoxa reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Innoxa Loyalty Programme or any aspect of it or at its election, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice. The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD. Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction. Innoxa reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently.
